making mjadra
making mjadra (middle eastern lentil and onion dish) is not as easy as it seems. it turned out more like... a lentil and onion porridge. but i tried and my kitchen smells great.

one fabulous thing about the boat was someone cooking for you all the time.

in my dream world - i have a personal chef (even if i am actually a chef myself! hahaha) and a house cleaner. *glow*

i love when cooking makes my house smell good. even when it doesn't come out perfect - a few hours later it still smells like 'home cooked love'

it took me 2 days to cook but it was worth it. my first breakfast home i was so sad there was no buffet!

Hello! I decided to re-open my writing journal and use it for both the mundane and the other junk- I missed everyone!:)
Isn't that just the best thing ever being on a cruise...:)? YUM!
