I'm Laurie and I found your journal through a health/diet community for PCOS. I'm writing because I'm moderating a new community called [info]paleo_health. Its purpose is to explore a paleolithic lifestyle and eating plan that is innately low-carbohydrate. I lost 80 lbs and am now PCOS and insulin-resistance free.
