the rising cost of oil cutting into christmas
this probably doesn't mean so much to those who pay a gas bill but jack and i will just be scraping by this winter.  this is making christmas a very difficult holiday for us.  i just can't get every one to accept that yet.  like my nephews. : /  the older one is negotiating for a very expensive present.

i have tysabri tomorrow morning.  #14. that means 2 long trips for jack.  i'm doing well except for the depression.  i know its a side effect but still.

We were having this same conversation last night about how we are barely going to be able to afford to heat the house this winter. I have even noticed prices in the grocery stores are going up and up. It is crazy. And forget about Christmas gifts. Arrgh.

I am thinking of going the handmade gift route too. The only saving grace is most of my family and friends is feeling the pinch of the ecomony so there will be no hard feelings about gifts this year.

I am trying a 4x4 lasagna garden otherwise I would be digging up rocks and boulders for months to get a decent place to plant. Starting small and seeing how it goes.
